Tracking is emailed once the parcel is handed to the carrier. It can take a little while for the first scan to appear after that — a number that shows no movement on the first day is normal.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY ORDER?

Your watch ships in its ESSENTIAL MAN box with the instruction card. Choose Premium Box with Certificate at checkout and it arrives in the presentation case with the numbered certificate.

IS MY PAYMENT 100% SAFE?

Our store runs on Shopify Payments with PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. Card details are never stored on our servers and every transaction is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and standard delivery takes 5 to 8 business days across the US. The moment your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging included. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.

DO THE WATCHES COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Every ESSENTIAL MAN watch is backed by a 1 year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
